Christmas Bookings

 

  • All Christmas enquiries are being dealt with by Graham, Andrew or Christine.

 

  • All bookings are provisional until confirmed in writing.

 

  • A deposit of £5 per person is required for all bookings – this should be paid  no later than 10th November 2010.

 

  • Final numbers are to be confirmed by yourselves the day before your booking – deposits are non-refundable after final confirmation.

 

  • We would greatly appreciate, where possible & practical, if we could receive a pre-order with your final confirmation, please phone for a pre-order sheet.

 

  • B.Y.O.W. optional: Wine £3, Bubbly £4.

 

  • B.Y.O.W. is for restaurant consumption only – please note, we do not allow B.Y.O.W. bottles to be taken upstairs.

 

  • Wine deliveries should be made no earlier than the day before your booking, ideally before 12 noon the same day.

 

  •  Please note that due to our lack of storage space any wine or gifts left behind must be collected the next day.

 

  • For the benefit of all parties please inform everybody of the relevant arrival & departure times – this will aid us greatly with table allocations.

 

  • As a rule we are not allowing any one party to occupy the restaurant themselves although we may consider such a scenario subject to numbers & the requested date.
